Hi son, how you doing I am going to take Kyra down and see my aunt Sheila today if she is in if not I will be studying. Asda are coming today and I do not have a time for them coming so I will need to wait in until they are here. I am starting to feel a bit better now that all the anniversaries are over and my head is in a better place I could not sleep last night though so I feel like a zombie.
