Hi sweetheart thank goodness that is all the festivities over with for another year, need to get back to normal now and get some studying done, need to stop drinking too but it has definately got a grip do not know where to go for help I know I need to start meditating again it helps but I do not have time to set a regular time to do it need to get something organised if I had kept going I would not be in the mess I am in at the moment.
